Replaced ABS module with a used part off of the same exact car. 2012 Passat SE. Took it to the dealership, module won't accept the reprogramming. Told me they usually do it online, but are trying to manually program it. Anyone else had this problem? Tips?

Our 2016 Golf recently had a leak around the sun roof which caused some staining of the fabric on the ceiling. Fortunately, it was fixed under warranty. The service manager told us that the water drains for the sun roof are small and need to be cleaned out periodically. He suggested that we pay...

Hi there, I am a new member having purchased my Tiguan 2.0 ltr TDI fourmotion in February. I have just visited my local VW dealer to arrange service continuity and as I am traveling to Spain in May I asked if they could recommend what beam benders were needed for driving in Europe. This...

I'd like to keep having my 2014 Beetle convertible serviced at my NC VW dealer, but their "deal" is $69.95 for synthetic oil/filter change with no tire rotation. Our 2017 Honda CR-V dealer charges $49.95 for the same, AND rotates the tires. When I asked my VW dealer, I was told that VW Corporate...

I'm having a weird vibration that transfers to my dash and steering wheel. When its idling my steering wheel shakes and you can feel the vibration. Not real bad, but definitely a shaking. I was told once it was my engine mounts, so I had them changed, but still have the shaking. Now someone...

Well, October and November were very costly months for our 2010 with 212,000 km. 1. Exhaust flange/clamp went south 2. Changed oil/filter and was told water pump had started to seep. 3. Check Engine Light comes on so back we go, only to find it was a timing chain code. Got the timing chain...

Hi All, I just bought a new Tiguan Wolfsburg Edition and as I am planning to use the car also on dirt roads in the bush I want to fit some mud flaps front and back to it. Need some suggestions. The headlights on my new 2019 Tiguan SEL Premium only illuminate less than 50 feet in normal mode. VW dealership told me they cannot be adjusted up or down. Any suggestions how I can see farther than 50 feet on my dark roads without using high beams? Thanks in advance...

Hello everyone,, So I finally got a place to start working on my 74 beetle, he's stuck in first gear, and the coupler, and the clutch were replaced within the last few years. Good afternoon! So, I had someone back into the front bumper of my ‘80 Rabbit. :( One side is pushed in and the other is sticking out. It seems as if all I need to do is loosen the mounting bolts up and straighten it out by hand, but was told the ‘absorbers’ are a one-shot deal. Is that true...

I got the warning on my dashboard which told that the key battery was going flat and needed replacing. I know that Cambus can detect bulbs that are blown etc. I was wondering if there's a dash warning when the main battery is getting low / end of it's life (so you can replace it before it lets...
