01 Wolfsburg 1.8t M/T PROBLEMS
This is my first time on here, idek if I’m in the right spot BUT, I bought my mk4 Wolfsburg 1.8t MT a few months back and now I’ve come to a weird spot. They probably lead to one big thing But In hours of google research I have found nothing that fits my case.
1st: (this is probably simple) coming from a stop, reverse jerks, and 1st as well. I was thinking motor or tranny mounts.
2nd and most important: I can shift fine first - 4th but when I put it in 5th it won’t engage or accelerate. It’s basically like it’s in neutral, and will act as so.
ANYONE KNOW THE CULPRIT?? Or is my trans just trash
