1980 Pickup - has no power to rear lights (no running lights, no turn signals, no brake lights) if anyone has any ideas? The grounds seem good at the rear taillights.

Grounds don't seem good, either they are or they aren't. Test or clean.
Fuses come to mind as well as switches.

Have your checked the bulbs?
