2011 Vw Jetta speaker issue

We have a 2011 Vw Jetta Highline with Nav. The only speakers that work are the Mids. When you are driving and roll down the front drivers window all the speakers work. Same happens with the passenger windows. When we park the car and open one of the front doors the speakers also begin to work.
