2012 vw Cc new owner

Hello all
Need some help. I can’t get Navigation to work. I think it’s the RNS15 ? I don’t k ow how to tell. Anyways. Not receiving satellites. Page says zero. It can find my address in the database. And also added to home on the nav. It’s stuck in California. I’m in West Virginia. Not sure what to do. Don’t want to put lots of money in it. Reset to factory? Where is antenna located. Everything else functions fine. I have some screen shots. Please help and ole guy
