2013 TDI golf

I just got my 13 TDI golf from the body shop they had it for 6 weeks out of the 6 weeks 33 days the battery was disconnected now no cruise control break lights stay on all, glow plug light is on radio keeps going off, was told the break light switch is bad so I changed it still have the same problems, also took it to dealer they cleared it glow plug light went out for about 6 miles then back on, what do I need to do ? also I drove this vehicle with loose battery cables for about 5 miles,
