2014 Sportwagen TDI passenger side heated seat won't turn off

As title says , I can not get my passenger seat to turn off. I tried to use different setting thinking maybe its one touch off or hold the button for few seconds maybe thinking it will re set. But nothing works.
I also can not find the fuse box for it. I googled that it's the 30 amp fuse #50, but where?
There is one fuse box on Left side of dash board, one in engine compartment. I have ash tray type fold door under the head light switch and when I took that off there were no small fuses there.
I think I found the fuse box under the dash facing down to the floor but I cant figure out how to open.
Or, is this not it. HELP!
