2018 Tiguan Highline - Ongoing Problems

I have the above Tiguan year and model since new.
Less than 50,000km and continually have had problems with:

• Replacing all rotors and brake pads
• Repeated sensor faults on various electronic systems
• Rusted spark plugs (never heard/had that before)
• 8+ recalls

This is all above the usual regular service intervals.
We love the vehicle since it is comfortable on long drives and quite economical. However these ongoing issues on a vehicle with less than 50K is absurd. We've spent $1000s' getting this fixed.
I've owned VW's for the better part of 30+ years and I've never had a bad experience until now.
I am asking here if others have similar problems/experiences.
