Has anyone done a Cabrio steering system from Manual to power? I am almost finished this complex job, and have one more item... The shifting rod from the manual system will not fit on the power system, as part of the rack gets in the way, so I need the proper shift rod. I am in contact with Empire in Abbottsford, but don't know if I require the complete shifter and bits, etc., or will the rod alone from the power steering be all that I need?

Well the power rack needs to have the bracket for the relay lever. As yours is probably a RHD I think the rods are different than what we have over here in the states.

I was under the impression that the relay levers were the same across the models that is 4spd or 5spd.
Try locating it in the etka.
