Is it possible to start an Atlas Subsection?

Possible. We typically only do so when there is enough request for one, to keep from having a lot of unused sections.

There are Corrado, Phaeton and Scirocco sections - so just add the Atlas. There are probably more Atlas owners than those others combined.
