CRUISE

Hi all my first post on here just picked up a 2015 tiguan with quite a good spec it has park assist and mfsw and quite a bit of other things but no cruise i can do a bit as i swapped this for my 2005 supercharged Range Rover so spanner issues not a problem from what i have read it's possible but could i assume there is a clock spring already fitted that should work cruise if it was fitted and i assume i would need to get it coded also
