I have always hated when I got my car apart that is was stuck where it sat. That's very inconvenient in the winter when I like to park my Jeep inside. Over the past few days I took the time to make up some Jackstand/ Tire Dollies and I did it all for $88!!!!

I started out with a 6ft piece of 2x1/8" Angle. Cut it to 32" and cut out 4 pie cuts every 8". Perfect for my jackstands. They will also work perfectly as tire dolly as well-

Stuck it in the vise, bent square, and welded-

I first tried a set of these hard rubber casters... they sucked-

They didn't roll very well and had a tendency to cause it to be unstable-

To gain it little more stability I added another 12" piece of 2x1/8" Angle on two sides. I angle cut the ends to prevent future blood drawing incidents (LOL)-

Added 3 steel casters on each side. This allows me to roll over cracks and expansion joints in the floor with ease-

End result- Perfection!
