Fender Model 2013

New to this site. Impressed with the scope of topics. Have a 2013 Beetle Fender edition and am told only 2500 were produced. But have not confirmed. I see "Fender" editions advertised but they are not 2013, not black, nor do they have other characteristics that render them legit. Does anyone know where I can find a good source of info for the Beetle Fender? Love the car, by the way. Thank you.
