F'N A-Pillar Screw

How do you get the damn a-pillar screw back in? Took off the a-pillar by removing the airbag clip, T-20 screw and then pulling out then up. No problem. Trying to get it back together, all the clips get back in, can't get the screw to stay in place so i can put it back in once the a-pillar is all clipped back in.

Anyone have some tips/techniques?
