Forged / Custom Internals for 2017 Golf TSI (110 kw / 147.5 hp)

Does anyone here known of any supplier of forged or custom engine internals for a 2017 1.4 TSI engine (EA211) such as pistons, connecting rods, valves, heads, crankshaft and cams?

Any info would be appreciated,
