Hi, could anyone please let me know if the rear lights from a Golf mk5 estate fit on to a Golf mk6 estate? They appear to look exactly the same from pictures, but are cheaper and there's more choice available.

The product codes are nearly the sameye Mk6 just has 'G' at the end (Mk5 is 1K9945096 , Mk6 is 1K9945096G)

sorry, there are two codes on the light, not ending in a G as I put above, but one ending in a letter E the other in an F
