Help Identifying VW Pressure Plates

Hello! I'm new here and new to VWs as well. I bought a bunch of pressure plates from a closed import car mechanic's shop. They're all F&S Schweinfurt and I've included some pics to one of them as an example. I did some research about the part numbers but some of what I read doesn't match up to what I have. Most of them are K 180 or KX200. I can't find any info on those numbers. Also, on this one there's a 12^59. Those numbers are different on each plate. I'm wondering if that's a manufacture date? Looking for some help with identification so that I can get the right part to the right people.
