is my 2019 Golf SE capable of running 245/40R19 tires

Hello, This is my first post to this forum. I just purchased a 2019 Golf SE, a friend of mine is selling 19x8.5 5x112mm wheels with a +45mm offset which have 245/40R19 tires on them (he ran them on an alltrack). My question is, can I use this rim and tire set up on my golf? thanks!
