Max Rim Size on old body Tiguan?

What is the max Rim Size on a 2016 VW Tiguan? I want to fill the wheel wells but dont want to rub. Also, ideally dont want rubber bands for tires.. I know R Lines come with 19in stock but I was thinking a little bigger.. LMK
