Mdi location?

I have a 2010 Passat Komfort Sudan b6 i believe. I have an aux plug in the arm rest. I can turn on the Bluetooth in the settings but can’t select it. I had picked up an adapter that would provide Bluetooth and can’t find the mdi.

Any help is helpful

I have a manual in the glove box where I have seen connection in videos.
