Misfire in cylinder 3 p0303

I have a 2001 Jetta 1.8t stage 2 tune. I was hitting the 2 step for a little bit then my check engine came on. Code for misfiring is p0303. Thought it might be the plugs so I changed the plugs with bkr7e and also the coils. Car continues to misfire. Cylinder 3 plug is black sooty. Seems to be rich. Thought maybe injector wasnt working. Swapped the injector with another one. Still missing in cylinder 3. Compression test was almost 150. Bora scoped the plug hole no coolant or sign of wear. Exhaust gas tested the coolant for head. Good. I'm not sure what else to do. Anyone have any ideas?
