i'm new and not sure where to post a question maybe it'll get seen here? I have a 2018 GLI and a Subaru and have to sell one of them (i only need one car and decided not to get an alltrack because of the horsepower). I live in western NC where we get wintery mix, a bit of snow, mainly slick roads and an occasional snow covering. People tell me my FWD would do just fine but my 2014 TDI wagon was HORRIBLE in snow/slick roads esp on slight incline out of my neighborhood. Would you sell GLI or the subaru? (GLI is way more comfortable and way newer than the old 06 subie legacy wagon- an oldie but goodie but not thrilling at all for a daily driver). Thanks in advance. How many of you drive a GLI in winter and do okay? I'm a healthcare worker who has to get to work early morning and cannot wait until roads are salted/plowed.
