Gentlemen
So I as I work with my son on the project:

I came with just one key, I purchased a second online had it cut...........I have the programmed the buttons so they will work but the immobilizer is not set..... do I need to see the dealer for that?

It took some time to find the correct sequence to get the buttons to work........ more effort than what is required to properly rename a sailboat.......look it up for fun....if you are bored.

Thanks
Rick

Dealer has to program the keys, or you need VCDS

IMMO III

Can get knock-off version of VCDS (I have three) on wish.com for $40.00 or less,
they work just fine.

Not in English..

I think you need a PIN for the car... A dealer should charge like $45.00 to
do it...
