I am looking at building a late 60's, early 70's VW Beetle "Hot Rod" for my wife. I am new to the VW world, but I have built many classic American Muscle cars. I want to build something very much like the photo below.
I would like to know what I need to watch out for when looking for the donor car. Any tips will be greatly appreciated.
