1979 fuel injected super beetle. rebuilt engine but won't start. has a "new" rebuilt Mass airflow meter and replaced the double relay (used}. here is what I have:

Ignition Off: 88y & 88z - 12 v supply good
Ignition On: 86c is only position with voltage
88a & 88b - 0 volts
86b & 88c - flap open 0 volts

When i apply 12v directly to test the relay, both sides close and open normaly.

I'm thinking that it is no use to worry about testing the CSV or TTS until I can get these voltages normal.

Would appreciate some help !!
