Looking for mounting bracket that is glued above the headliner board that the Console Housing Bracket (1K0867489E82V) attaches to. Clips broke when removing Console Housing Bracket and this part is not sold by itself as it is considered to be part of the $500+ headliner.

NOT part #13 in the picture, but what that attaches to.
