I have a 2018 VW Tiguan with 11,000 miles on it. I just noticed today that my passenger side front tire has a bubble in it. I didn’t buy the tire warranty from the dealership. What are my options on what to do, help! The tires are scorpion Pirelli

The tire should have Pirelli warranty. I bet the dealer will replace the tire. It has a ply separation, meaning it's a manufacture defect. Go for it.
