Tinted Moonroof Spots

Washed my car yesterday for the first time in the sun (which I know now I shouldn’t have) used Meguiares Gold wash and now I have these awful spots on my tinted moon roofs exterior.
They aren’t all over the glass. Help! Does anyone know how to remove them safely? I hope I didn’t just ruin my new car.
