Vr6 transmission issue

Hey guys I have a 99 vr6 I bought the car for 700 was driving home and two miles away stopped at a red light and had to push it the rest of the way it now won’t go into any gear not even park any ideas on what I should do to fix this I would do a manual swap but I really need a automatic due to bad hip
