VW Amarok traction control problem

Hello people, I'm new to this forum. I was just wondering if someone could help me with a problem with my 2011 VW Amarok. The problem started after I went for a wheel alignment today, whilst driving into town I noticed the car was pulling tithe right. After driving a bit further I notice the tyres screeching at the smallest of turns and then a solid traction control light on the dash. Has anyone else had or heard of a similar problem
