VW CC Suspension Litigation Settlement

My granddaughter has a 2012 CC Sport that the front end kept wearing out tires on the inside. She has put tires on it 3 times in the last two years. VW dealer actually told her about the case before it was settled. Turns out there was a class action lawsuit against VW because they did not engineer the capability to adjust the camber. Here is a link to what the settlement says. Very aggravating. I am not able to post links but you can google the title of this post.

Anyone have these same issues?
They also have a lawsuit about the water pumps.

My CC eats tires ! I just replaced a set after just 15 months. Go to tiresettlement.com if you want to be a part of the class action lawsuit . You only have until April 20th . The law suit has been settled and it will explain what is needed in order to get compensated .
First time hearing about such a problem. I have a VW, and I never saw any issues. I just recently finished my trial; however, a bit in another field. I worked as a real estate investor, and with all this covid drama, we faced serious problems, so we reached a real estate firm, mainly - Estate Planning Services | Attorney | Southwest PDX Law Group. They provided a prompt and effective representation that helped me solve all my problems. Whether you are buying or selling property, refinancing, or involved in litigation, these attorneys can meet your needs.
