Weird shudder on idle

Hi all just have this weird intermittent shudder from the engine on idle car drives spot on no lights on the dash and the Rev needle stays still no rattles or knocks or bangs just this weird shudder on idle only any ideas what it could be or where I could start looking tried changing the plugs not much change

Any help would be greatly appreciated

It’s a 2014 mk7 golf gti chhb engine
