What are these? 2013 beetle

Hi, my 2013 beetle was creeking when I turned left. Upon investigation we found this stopper. There were two on the right side and one on the left near the suspension. We think the dealer has left them in from shipping as we can’t see how it would be beneficial to the suspension or steering given they are mangled. And can’t find them on the parts list.
