on my 84 rabbit my windshield wipers dont work and when the wipers dont work the blower doesnt work either. they work sometimes. i checked fuses and replaced the ignition switch and the wiper relay is clicking. i cant figure out why they both do not work at same time and why they do not work all the time. any ideas?

Is your windshield washer pump not working too? Here are some things I could suggest for your wiper problem:
Replace fuse or circuit breaker
Repair wiring and connections
Replace switch
Repair or clean terminals
Repair ground circuits
Replace fuse or circuit breaker
