2.0 TSI Cold start, barely stays running

Hi all, I'm an avid car enthusiast that has owned a couple VW's, but am working out of my comfort zone on a friends Tiguan. I've covered the internet and can't figure out how to fix this thing.

It's a 2009 Tiguan 2.0 TSI automatic with 4Motion with 137,000 Miles. The problem is incredibly rough idle (250-500 RPM and occasionally it'll die) until it reaches about 150 degrees Fahrenheit. I have done carbon cleaning myself (read: By hand and not using a walnut blaster like dealers) and have changed coils and plugs at the advice of my VW Technician friend. I'm at a loss as to what could be messing with computer and making this happen. As soon as it is warm it runs and idles flawlessly.

The codes it's throwing are:
P0506: Idle air control system RPM lower than expected
P0300: Random Multiple Misfire Detected
P0301: Cylinder 1 Misfire
P0302: Cylinder 2 Misfire
P0304: Cylinder 4 Misfire
P000A: Intake (A) Camshaft Position Slow response bank 1

I've tested the PCV (it's good) and have checked the Cam Position sensor (It was good)

I'm not trying to throw parts at it until I'm fully out of options and have confirmed myself to not have access to a VAG Com Cable. I have the software, but my father lost his cable.

If it changes anything, This vehicle lives in Northern Minnesota where it's regularly 0-20 degrees for a high in the winter.

Thank you all for any advice or help, Ash.

Hello, I have a 2013 Tiguan SE. Just a suggestion....the issue may be bad coil packs. I've had one coil pack go bad...after checking the code P0301 cylinder 1 misfire. I went to Advance Auto or most auto parts stores, and purchased (eventually) all 4 coil packs. In case you didn't know, coil packs are 6" long tubes that insert down into the spark plug reservoir. You may want to change them all (4 for 4 cylinder). This video should show how to do it.
This video is of an Audi, however it's the same engine.

It also shows you how to change out the spark plugs
