Kafer (with an umlaut on the a) = beetle in German.

 

No upgrades right now, I'm in the process of working on three air cooled beetles and time is against me, my 64 and son's 67 and 73 Baja, unless you count Monster Mats, first aid kit and Cargo System...Hahaha, Yours is looking great.

 

Yes, on the window issues, I think it's tied into the pinch proof security, dealership says VW is working on it and will let me know thru Recall or TSB, more issues with driver than passenger window.

I picked up the Bug about 3 weeks ago, took it down to APR for stage 1 ECU, ordered the Carbonio. It made me wish I had done it to my GTIs I owned. But hey, I guess I can make up the difference!!
