2020 Jetta EPC light is on

1. The front dash board was kinda flickering and it took me a few times to try to start the car to get it to go.
2. Once the car started I got the EPC light and when I pressed the gas the car would only go forward at a few slow speed.
3. I stopped the car and started if again. Would get the same flickering, but this time the car was driving as normal and the EPC light would eventually turn off.

Anyone encounter a problem like this before?
