The wifey and myself will be going this year but I would love to have a group from VWOC to party with. But like I said, we're late on planning so let's get this decided quick.

Also, in years past when myself and others planned the arrangements we fronted the money and got paid either at the show or a week or 2 after. Can't do that this year, the wife would kill me and I can't blame her. So please only reply if you can put up money for the deposit up front.
I'll try to find a place inexpensive and with a decent location. I'm guessing deposit will be around $100. Sorry to sound like a dick, but one year I went into the show with about $500 owed and that can't happen again.
