Someone else might know better, since I've only done the earlier cars. But certain things will still be be similar.

In general - however you route the wires, the fuse box should be able to sit in its holder without any strain or wire mess.

One key seems to be to first make sure all of the wires that are supposed to be in the engine compartment are in the engine compartment and the firewall grommets installed.
Then, sort out the wires so that only the harness plugs are draped over the fuse box opening. Then find each relay holder and line them up in the correct positions where they will attach when
the fuse box is installed. All other wires, drape down the back of the fuse box holder. Plug the harness connectors into the fuse box and attach the relay holders. Then grab the individual
wires in back of the fuse box and connect the appropriate color coded wires to each other.

Then there is enough room so that everything fits without crushing anything when the fuse box is screwed in place. Of course I have a different style fuse box than yours as well.

The A/C, lighter, radio and fan stuff runs around the top of the steering. Dash Instrument wires go straight up, Fuel and rear lights go down toward left floor board under the carpet. Seat and hand brake wires along middle floor board.
