It's nice to see companies are finally taking interest in the 2.5. Not too long ago there was only one header out and it cost like $800-$900. Now they can compete to be the lowest

 

But how many companies are there? There cant be much. 1 or 2 probly

 

A set of headers for my mustang is like....$100?

Couldn't i just use a delicate system of duct tape and poultry wire to make those work?

I tried it doesn't work too well. It lasted 3 min. Then it developed a mad leak.

 

eurojet has one i think along with evo? and this new company. so 3 off the top of my head.

 

looks really nice... i'd love to have heads just for the looks of it. i think it looks badass, but how much louder will this make the car and how much are benefitting from aftermarket headers?

 

Evo doesn't make theirs anymore because people complained that it cost too much...

 

than i guess it is down to two haha. although eurojets comes with a high flow cat or just the "test pipe".

 

I've heard good things about that company, "Nothing Leaves Stock." A few local guys here swear by them.

 

i wonder what else C2 has in development. I know they're working on cams+software. but they mentioned they were working on some other goodies too.

Also eurojet is working on their turbo for the bunny.

Right now im just gonna sit back and see what comes out. and it is nice to see companies take interest on our engines. It has potential.. lots of it.

 

i hear eurojet is doing a BT kit.

lol. they are the first part of your exhaust, collecting the gases from individual cylinders then routing them into the downpipe and eventually out the back. i guess that would be as simple as i can explain it. the better the flow the faster and more completley the spent fuel gases can escape the cylinders before fresh air/fuel mixture is added for next cycle :

 

i've seen some of their work and they look pretty good. no personal experience, but we'll see how this header turns out.

as to the NLS guys, the one guys is a VW nut. hes always working on some sort of rabbit. (http://www.nothingleavesstock.com/) ive seen some of the project cars they have done, and the work looks good and clean. from what i have seen and herd they dont do crap work. anyway just thought i would throw some words into this.
