When i run into immoblizer issues usually I send the ecu out and have it eliminated as fixing/diagnosing immoblizer issues can get costly fast.

 

Can be one of a few things:

Transponder in the key, try the second key.
Induction coil in the ignition is bad, not powering the transponder.
Not reading the transponder even if powered.
ECU is bad.
